The Bid Process
Submit a bid
A bid package is your application to host the NS 55+ Games in your community. While there is no template or required format, your package should include the following:
Welcome letters
Description of your bid (The why the committee should choose your community)
Event Mission, Vision, and Objectives
Introduction to your community (This can include tourist attractions etc.)
Business Plan (Host committee, sponsorship plan, financial plan, budget etc.)
Operational Plan (Venues, telecasting, transportation, program etc.)
Conclusion
Details strengthen your bid and are highly recommended. Particularly regarding the business and operational plans. Additionally, including imagery of venues and tourism views are always welcome and encouraged.
