Please note that per the bylaws, applicants must be 55 or older and live in the region they represent.

Regional Directors
Below please find a list of general duties by all board members:
At every opportunity to further the goals and objectives of our Society
To be proactive and visible by making presentations as to what we are about to various 55+ Groups and organizations in your area and the Province
In a Games Year, help to get the word out by distributing the 55+ registrations packages.
Attend and actively participate in all Board meetings, in person, online or by phone.
Serve on sub-committees as requested.
Consider serving on Board Executive Positions as the need arises – Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President.
Actively recruit future Board Membership.
Share in the responsibility of obtaining board funding.
When the games are in your area, serve on the Games Host Committee in an advisement role and as a liaison between the Committee and our Board.
Attend the NS 55+ Games and local games in your area.
Bring to the Board any concerns that you may encounter associated with the games.
Work towards expanding the membership in your Region for the 55+ Games.
